Halloween in Ringgold

Most of the Elderly people have always believed that Halloween should NOT be held on Sunday. This day is reserved for the sabbath. I think that it has always been celebrated on Saturday if it fell on Sunday. The old fable of years ago was that halloween is the davils day! Trick or Treat on SATURDAY!
