Dear In the Know - I have no desire to get involved in this debate, but do know that their primary home is not for sale. They have invested much time and money in the restoration of those beautiful homes.
Dear Correct Info, I'm not looking to debate this issue either. I just saw this article about the ballfields and I drove over to the ballfields to see if they were still in operation since I had played there in my younger days. I have fond memories of my youth at those ballfields. While looking around, I noticed a house for sale on the circle. I called the realtor who informed me the house was in foreclosure. However, she offered to show me the golden yellow house with red doors that is located on the hill and the former band home. She stated that they were both owned by the same people and they were looking to sale. I commented that I did not see any realtor signs on those properties at which time she stated that the owners did not want to publicize there need to sale. She went on to say that the owner had taken a contract job in Washington, D.C. Maybe Miss Maggie is misinformed??!!

No problem. Just hate to see misinformation. I was recently attending a family reunion on Barnhardt Circle and looked at homes on the circle with another realtor. I actualy met Ms. Parris and know that only the white home is for sale.

I was actually looking up direction to this area because I attend a recent marathon there. This is when I noticed this post I observed the fences that day and am curious to which house the plaintiffs live in. Because it seem to me that the ballfield were a pretty good distance from most of those houses just saying. I don't understand I guess how the fences
would effect some living in their house.

I was searching the web for things my children could do in the area when I came across this topic. I have spent most of the day reading these post. I will say since I grew up in the area I was surprised to see anyone complaining about the ballfields. Some of my favorite memories was when me and my girlfriend played softball in leagues over on Barnhardt Circle. I have a few question I haven't been over there in a few years are the ballfields still in operation? These people that are doing all the complaining about the ballfields are they Americans? I plan on driving over there this weekend to see what the fuss is all about.
Wondering

Peace first of all you need to learn how to spell it's evidence not evidences. Then you need to learn how to read, I didn't read on here where it said a christian couldn't be crazy.
Someone posted on here that they need extra fences for some of those people that live in that area and I have to agree no fence around a ballfield is crazy.
What would you do if a dog came into the crowd and attacked people or scraped in your snack?
What would you do if a car couldn't stop or the brakes went out while pulling into parking lot?
What would you do if someone was sitting in the car and had a stroke and car just plunged into the crowd?
What would you do if a car drove by and the tire or somthing fail off and rolled in the large crowd and hit and hurt several people.
Shall I go on all day?.........
No I shouldn't! I don't want to waste my valuable time on ignorance!
No fence you say what would happen then? The City would be sued for negligence! DUH
If I was the city administration the only thing I would offer to pay for is Professional Counseling for the Plantiffs it would make the world a better place.
If I'm going to criticize someone else on their spelling, I'm definitely going to make sure my own spelling is flawless before hitting that post button. I have to think you meant to say "fell" off instead of "fail" off.
