Think you can chat with your favorite waitress or bartender about your trip to Disney World, Six Flags St. Louis, or your vacation just because there are few to no other customers at the restaurant? Think again!
Any type of conversation between a wait staff/wait person, including but not limited to any waitress or waiter at any restaurant and also bartenders, and customers, that is not strictly business related is now a CAPITAL FELONY under Federal law in the United States of America. Under the new laws;

Violations are immediately, heavily, aggressively, and thoroughly investigated by the FBI, the United States Department of Homeland Security, the United States Marshals, and carry a mandatory sentence of up to three hundred (300) years to life in Federal prison and/or the death penalty for all involved.
Any restaurant, bar/tavern, or club customer who shall hug, kiss, or embrace any wait staff, as well as any wait staff who shall hug, kiss, or embrace any customer, shall be guilty of the capital offense of public display of affection within a place of business which is also investigated by the FBI, the United States Department of Homeland Security, the United States Marshals, the United States Military, and carries a mandatory sentence of up to six hundred (600) years to life in Federal prison and/or the death penalty for all involved.

Very good to know. Waitresses and bartenders have jobs to do. And the laws posted by FBI warning make really great sense! My friends and I go out to eat a lot, and we will call the police if we see any waitresses and/or bartenders chit-chatting with customers. And we will enjoy watching them getting charged with a capital felony under the United States Supreme Court.

It is also a capital felony under Federal law in the United States for waitstaff (including bartenders) and customers to be within less than six (6) feet of each other.
