Osprey Cove; Any Reports of Chinese Drywall?

We are interested in purchasing a condo in Osprey Cove in Estero. The unit was built in 2006. Three months ago an investor purchased the unit, and upgraded floors, paint, countertops and appliances.
I understand the use of Chinese drywall started in late 2005 thru 2007 due to the lack of US made drywall as the result of the 2005 hurricane season.
To your knowledge has there been any reported instances of Chinese drywall detected in Osprey Cove? Is this an issue that can be easily 'covered up' by unscrupulous contractors so that it would pass an inspection?

I believe the only way to know for sure is to remove drywall and check back side for markings. You could Have hvac contractor check air handler for signs, also check electrical copper for discolor. Some homes have only partial chinese drywall like just the ceiling.
