They were on time and repaired the problem w/my dishwasher. The service man was uniformed,clean and neat. Protected my floors when he moved out the unit. Charge was reasonable. I would definetly recomend them.

Excellent service, reasonable rates. a little late in their scheduled appointment. would recomend them. Good overall.

Called them, they came fast. Good service, they speak spanish. Good for me to understand repair. Good people.

GOOD SERVICE, THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY GAS STOVE. THEIR PRICES WERE GOOD AND SERVICE WAS PROMPT. SERVICE TECH EXPLAINED REPAIR AND SHOWED ME THE PART HE REPLACED. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF I HAVE AN APPLIANCE PROBLEM.

Great service - came out to the house very quickly and repaired my frig. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. The repair was fast and pricing was great. Highly recommend for all appliance repairs.

My experience with Posetek was not good. I had them repair the washer portion of a Maytag stackable washer/dryer. They came out to diagnose the problem. They came up with what they thought was wrong and ordered parts. The parts were put on and it still did not work and then they said it was something else. Hundreds of dollars and weeks later the second set of parts were installed. The washer was used about 6 times and it does not work again. I called and was told that is has been longer than 30 days and there is no guarantee.

We went back to the unit and repaired the unit at no charge to Lesley. The problem was due to an off ballance load, not anything we serviced befor. She is now satisfied with our service. She told us that she would retract her negative post, but we have not seen it as of yet. We will stand behind our service and we did correct the situation with Lesley even though the repair had nothing to do with the service we did the first time.

Joe the repair man had to come out twice to the house to fix our dryer 1st time we thought it was repaired but was not. Called and true to there word Joe came back had to order a part and fixed the dryer and because a mix up with the part not due to Joe's fault he even gave us the part FREE . Very nice people, happy over all with the repair. Thank you .Will recommend

i guess they certainly don't need the money they had me calling the store i got it from and then told me when i called back i didnt clarify it was under warranty which i certainly did then they say they cant get me in till 5 more days omg what a total hassle. so i cant tell you how the (i assume) 1 repair man was because he is not obviously available for another 5 days
