Thats a good idea I think I will do the same would love for him to try and tow a car that someone is actually in (lay low on the seat). It would be real funny to see him get jumped as soon as he tried to tow.
I’ll have to inspect the legal vernacular of the sign first though. I seriously am going to entice however. I need to get to the bottom of this hook!!

Not only do you have to be careful with these scammers physically but they are intentionally pulling off signs to deceive people parked by across the DEK in Cape Coral be careful they are watching they need to make there money and they are paying people to watch those parking spaces.

I also had a terrible experience with "American" Towing. I was a customer at one of the shops where I parked, yet within 5 minutes a truck had come to tow my brand new vehicle. I asked around and none of the businesses had called to ask for a tow. When I went to pick up my vehicle they were beligerent and I had to call the police. They had parked my vehicle nose-first against a wall, making examination of the front impossible. I wrote on the form they forced me to sign that I was unable to properly inspect the vehicle and they would not allow it. Even the police officers tried arguing with him that I should be allowed to write on the form other than blindly agreeing that no damage had been done, but he refused to let me have my vehicle back unless I signed without notations. Fortunately, the police have a record of all this in their police report. It is a good thing too, because I discovered that they had dented my front bumper, inflicting over $700 in damages. I will be suing them for this and a lot more. The police told me that they have had many problems and complaints with this company.

It doesn't matter where this guy comes from- HE IS A CROOK!!!!!!!!!!

There are many police reports on him and arrests you can pull his arrest picture off the sheriffs dept website. This guy is beyond a crook! He loves to hang out at the cuban bakery on del prado by the new racetrack. Its really not a bakery it is a front of gambling and illegal dealings, but the cc pd will not do anything. Yes they say they have many complaints about this guy, but he gives them a kick back for each car they call him to tow. CC is so corrupt. Hopefully someone will eventually get him closed down

What do expect from a company owned by illegal filthy pigs. Stealing is inherently in their blood.

Steer clear of this company. They have had numerous complaints filed with the police and recently got their towing license suspended for violations. They will tow without authorization (one of the reasons cited in the suspension of their license) and then hold your vehicle for ransom. They did an unauthorized tow on my truck and damaged it in the process. When I tried to write on the release form that I could not properly inspect my truck (it was parked against a wall, hiding the damage), they refused to let me have it back. I needed the police to file a report as witnesses that America Towing would not let me have my truck without blindly signing the release form without notations. If you ever see a sign with "America Towing Auto Sales, Inc." keep driving and do not patronize the business or park anywhere near it. You will be sorry if you do.

Are the filthy owners of this filthy company even licensed and insured? I mean we know they aren’t American and we shouldn’t use them for that alone but really did they take the correct measures when starting this company? And if so what is the corporation listed under because I certainly can’t find it.

Registered Agent: Alexander Arocha, 1715 NE 13th ST, Cape Coral, FL 33909. Mgr; Lourdes Arocha, same address. Place of business: 1021 SE 12th Court, Cape Coral, FL 33990.

All this is from the FL Secretary of State's website on corporations. I had to check it out to file my lawsuit against them! By the way, the CC Police recently suspended their towing license for 30 days. Now let's see it revoked for good!
