Police arrest 10th suspect in Cash Feenz case

Chief Robert Petrovich along with Detective Kurt Grau and the rest of the department have worked tirelessly and it has paid off. Police have arrested a 10th suspect charged as part of the Cash Feenz double killing in Cape Coral in 2006. via News Press

There is a womens abuse shelter in Ft Myers she could have stayed at. i think that there were some people that were arrested that didnt do the killing. the police need to kill the main 3 ppl involovd z((us from nfm and the lee countty area)) know who they are so be fore ppl start judging they need to get their facts all of them!! and yes they did the crime do the time but there a few kids with their whole lifes ahead of them having all their hopes and dreams taken from them.. i know kemar johnston and if he points a gun at u and tells u to do something u do it!! and noone is taking that into perspective!!!!!

Lacie,whats happening here is not fair.I also know one of the boys charged with this.If everyone wants so called FAIR justice they would have to arrest ALL at the party.Do they relize there was a real ADULT there also???someone over 21 there at the party with her SON???she didn't call police when she left either.There's alot to this story that nobody knows about but still they judge the ones charged the same.some had small roles in this terrible crime and Fair justice should not be the same sentence for all.Kemar needs to fry(him and a couple others)the rest charged need to be given a sentence that rehabilitates them.anyone that was NOT at the murder scene deserves to have a second chance somehow.why is it that we can let child rapists back out on the streets but the "justice system"can let everyone in this crime be charged the same?Not right......the laws in fl are not right but i'm sure there's some that will disagree.They all have perfect kids and wonderful lives(right)have never had bad judgement in their younger years(right)I hope everything turns out ok(fair) for your friend.ccgma

I agree that everyone at that party should be put in jail. The fact is they were all either active or passive participants in a horrendous crime. However, the law sometimes has to give the least involved criminals an undeserved break just to insure the heavy hitters are removed from society.

As for the Cash Feenz's families being victims --
there is a measure of truth in that. Their wayward relatives may have caused whatever vestige of a good name they possessed to be trashed. But that is one of the consequences of committing crimes --so they'll just have to bear up to the grim reality that their children or their family's children didn't belong in society.

yes i think you are right about the fact that more people at the party should be arrested. however, i totally disagree that the cash feenz are victims. Maybe they did start as a rap group but that rap group "ganged" up on 2 individuals. How would alex and jeffrey ever have a chance against all those people? That makes alex and jeffrey the VICTIMS not the cashfeens. I also feel bad for the family and friends of those who were accused of the murders. But you know what, these people put themselves in this position. They shuld have thught about their friends and family before they put themselves in jail for the rest of their life. Everyone charged should receive the DEATH penalty! They are pathetic cowards and wanna-be thugs who are crying like little babies right now because they got caught.

Each of these pieces of trash had an opportunity to do the right thing and none of them choose to do so. Any one of them could have silently dialed 911 while the boys were in the process of being tied up and beaten. Anyone of them could have tipped off 911 once the boys were driven away from the house, etc.

The simple facts are simple. These animals deserve the same punishment they dished out!
