It is the policy of Rack'em Billiards that all patrons must spend nonstop, otherwise you will be ejected.The staff may not be in Chicago anymore, but they use the United States Constitution to defend their rights to eject anyone whose nonstop spending ceases.

What the hell are you talking about. Lived in Cape Coral my whole life. And yeah there is a no loitering policy. Because we dont allow crepos to stand around doing nothing....NO BAR DOES. Many bars in the area require a 2 drink minimum. Give it a rest !!!!
