Fill dirt price may rise as economy rebounds
It's dirt cheap now, but the fill used to build up the land under new construction in Southwest Florida may be rising in price soon as the home-building economy slowly turns around.

where is the money for the 434 loads of fill lee county delivered to the brother in law of a county manager.$34 loads delivered to a residential property off Buckingham rd.
There were no permits or contact with EPA to rework and make larger a pond.
