I was referred by IMA on or about 1/22/13. I called on 1/23 for an appointment. After being put on hold 3 time I was told my file had just arrived, but the person who handled was either out or had not got to it yet and I would receive a call. On 1/25 I called again. After being put on hold 4 times I was told my file had just arrived that day (again) and the doctor had it, was reviewing, and would left office personnel know when to schedule appointment. 1/31 I called again. Michelle told me my file had not yet arrive, therefore my account had not been set up. I told Michelle this was the 3rd story I had received in 2 weeks. Michelle immediately jumped into action apologizing and set up my account, made my appointment and stated she would get the file from IMA. Michelee was absolutely wonderful and displayed the type of proffessionalism that I would expect.
To whom it concerns. I was refered to a hemotologist. After calling for an appoint I realized this meant I could possibly be screen for cancer. If this has never happened to you I can tell you it is quite frightening. Until I spoke with Michelle I was feeling I was a bother to the personnel on my first two calls. All I can say is I hope those people never have to go through this scare. I'm only sorry for not writing down their names so I could include in the posting.
Again, cudo's to Michelle. Good job !!!!
