Has anyone had a backed-up drain in the 4th avenue and 29th street area? I have had Roto=Rooter out twice and the last time they said it was the city side. He snaked my drain lines with a heavy duty cable all the way across the street and the drain is still not clear. I called the Utilities office and spoke to a Supervisor named Chris and he says I have to proove that it is the city's problem. Any suggestions as to where to go from here?

Keep calling utility manager/escalating to his superior. Show proof of where you paid twice for roto rooter. Threaten to call city manager. Just keep at it is the main thing.
