This day spa will rob you of your money. Please make sure you do not leave a voice message on thier phone to cancle an appointment. They will swear the message was never place on their machine and will charge you for the full service plus 12.00 dollars. The customer service sucks. I would not recommend this spa to anyone. Go to Bella Vive Spa & Wellness Center on 134 Cebourne Street in Fort Mill SC ph548-8772. The customer service is great. They are compassion and sympathetic. And they want your business. This place needs to go back to customer service 101. Their number one priorty are the rules they have set up for service, not giving a service to their customers

It sounds like someone works for Bella Vive in the other review. If you are canceling an appointment it's probably a good idea to talk to someone rather than leaving a voice mail message at the last minute. I have been going to their salon for about 4 years they were formerly Koha. Everyone there is always very professional and they do a great job. Nicole is the absolute best aesthetician around. Sheri is the best hairdresser she does a fantastic job.

In response to the no show fees charged.... Im so sorry that you havent actually had your first visit with us and you have perceived our salon as having poor customer service! Our salon was built on performing fantastic hair and spa services, but furthermore our family of clientele continues to come back due to the AWESOME customer services that our staff provides! We strive for excellence and rarely fall beneath that bar! Unfortunately due to the promotion that you were visiting our salon with, one of the terms and conditions firmly stated in writing on that promotion is that any and all services must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid any no show charges. Hence with that promo unlike a regular service scheduled you must reserve appointments with a credit card. Those appointments are deeply discounted and when a client cancels last minute or does not show up , it is a loss of revenue, and another client could have attained that time and been serviced! Hopefully you will schedule and maintain your first visit and let us show you how wonderful Ohana is...Thank you...

I use to go to Kristen but now have gone to both Chelsea for highlights and an Asian girl for cutting, can't remember her name. Either way all I can say is, WOW!!! They were so accommidating and I'm definately a client for life and would recommend this salon and spa to everyone I know!!!

Well I don't work for Bella Viva and I've been going here for many years (since it was Koha) and I can say I'm looking for another salon. Ohana has become very snooty. The main receptionist is rude and acts like she's better than everyone! When you get a top stylist, you are paying big money so they can train newer staff. The prices are out of hand now. Think twice before paying Ohana for services.

Holy cow! I have been a client from Koha to Ohana, I have loved my services! I currently see Kia and I live in the Palisades, I have so many neighbors that I have recommended and currently use Kia! She does the best color and cut I have seen in this area!!!! As for guest services, I hope the above reference was not about Shawn! She has been friendly, remembered when my mom had surgery, and generally taken care of my needs any time I'm in salon and is always friendly on the phone!

I have been to Ohana twice now and will never go back. The customer service is terrible and they obviously care more about the money they make than the people they serve. When I scheduled my last appointment, I was told by Melissa (a manager) that the fee would be $35.00 since I was appointed with a junior stylist. I had no problem seeing a junior stylist and thought a $35.00 fee was fairly priced. I did not have unrealistic expectations and certainly expected to get a better cut than I could have gotten at a Famous Hair. I was totally disappointed. Even with a picture in hand and consultation before with the stylist, I got nothing more than a trim. The cut took all of five minutes and the blow drying/styling about 10 minutes. After the appointment, the stylist walked me up front and started a sales pitch telling me about all of the products she used. I wasn't really offended by this but I did think it was tacky - if I wanted the products, I would have asked her for them. I did buy a new round brush since my hair kept getting caught in the handle of the one I had at home. I was told it would not happen with that brush. Before anything was rung up, I was immediately asked if I wanted to add gratuity, which I did. The total ended up being just shy of $72.00. The haircut price quoted to me was incorrect (it was more, of course) and the brush was $20.00. I used the brush once and my hair got tangled in it. The receipt said that refunds were allowed as long as the product was not overly used or make-up. So I went back a couple of days later to take the brush back only to find their doors were locked a half hour before their posted closing time. I called the next day to let them know that I did try to return the brush and wanted to be sure that there wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't make it back for a few more days. I was told it was not a problem. I went back three days later and was then told that I could not receive a refund for the brush - only a store credit. A crowd of employees was congregating at the front and one of them happened to be Melissa. I told the lady at the front that I would prefer to have a refund because I was not planning on returning. Melissa told me a refund would not be possible. I asked to speak with the owner and Melissa said she could not give me the owner's information. She never offered to take down my information and give it to the owner but she did take it down when I asked her to. That was five days ago and I have yet to hear anything, further proving that the staff of Ohana could care less about customer satisfaction. There are plenty of other salons in this area that do care of their client's experience and I will gladly give those salons my business. Even Famous Hair is better than this place.

Actually more people do not come back at all than people who actually do. The peope that do come back prefer to have one stylist doing their hair and they go back for that stylist not the poor business that is run there. The pricing is terrible and the owner is all about the money and not customer servie. The bogus fees the owner takes from the stylist to work there is unreasonable and the worst I've ever encountered.
