Sc County Wants Ptl Hotel Renovated Or Demolished
A South Carolina county is warning the owners of the old hotel at the former PTL ministry to renovate the building or it will be demolished.

What about all the homeless? Could this be a community project to house the needy is this downside market. It would be a shame to distroy a building that could provide shelter.

Tear it down...its an eyesore and the morningstar cult isnt goint to do anything with it that would help the area at all anyhow...

And besides, it would cost tens of thousands of dollars to make it habitable, and that purpose would not make them a bunch of money, , , , soooo,,, nope that wont happen

So WHO pays for the cost of demolition and clean up? If Morningstar dont have the money to fix it up, where they going to get the money to flatten it, and get rid of the TONS of building refuse, from God? It is a catch-22, but dont think I'M gonna eat the cost as a York county Taxpayer! My plate is FULL enough already!
