Well, they won't include Merry Christmas in their ads, but apparently "Happy Eid al-Adha" or Happy Feast of Sacrifice is somehow deemed appropriate. I don't have a problem with them including this in their ad. My issue is over the blatant hypocrisy and apparent prejudice against Merry Christmas, perhaps because it happens to include Christ and is therefore connected to Christians. Being a Christian myself, I do take offense to the implications of this matter. I believe this is yet another effort to take God out of the equation when it comes to these great United States of America.
I have long since decided not to shop at Best Buy. I will be sticking by that decision.

What greeting would you suppose the victims at Fort Hood suggest?

Clearly, Best Buy's decision (they claim) to begin adding specific holidays in their advertising materials, was begun with little thought of how many might be offended by their choice of which would be chosen first.

Wal-Mart has sales people as knowledgeable as those at Best Buy (which I understand isn't saying much), lower prices, and similar products. Just a hint...

People need to worry about other things besides what an AD says. Go celebrate the Holidays with your family and stop whining about word choices.

The people who are offended need to get over it. There is no way to know what religion you are. So unless you wear a sign around you neck that says your religion shut up and go buy stuff.

I will never shop at best buy again ~ Ever ~ Every Christian should do the same. Maybe when they realize they offend Christians by their ignorance, they will stop the stupidity. Put God Back in the holidays, JESUS IS the Reason for the Season !!!

I am soooo sick of all this. We have the atheists wanting the Christians to stop their traditions, people complaining about Muslim references. This is AMERICA. I say bring it all on, and let everyone share their traditions.
