An anti-littering group is compiling a list of illegal dumps in Franklin County.

Guilford Township has free disposal of Christmas trees, yet I have seen them dumped along the road less than three miles from the Muni building. A-holes are a-holes regardless of price.

Drove through the little town of Roxbury the other day and right in the middle of the otherwise clean town, was a scrap metal dump. The trash is almost on the roadway and it is nestled in amoungst two trailers. Shouldn't there be some kind of law against that. It is too bad for the people that live there, it is (was) a nice little town.

It looks like a dump. It is just too bad that one person is a reflection of the town. It looks like the others around keep their homes nice but you have a trailer park with attached "dump" in the middle of town. Owner must be on the township, just doesn't make sense.
