Does this satisfys Mr. Haubs doubt, that

a new signiture office tower on his property on Pacific Avenue is the future of other development coming to Tacoma? Where else is their 600,000 sq. Ft. Office space available for a large company like State Farm wants and will need. If a building was built four years ago...it would of been ready for State Farm, and smaller space would have been available for others who follow them in Russell or Columbia. I said before.. build it and they will come. Is there something here I don't understand?
