Finally!! progress!!

Now that a precedent has been set, some of our kids are coming home!!

Disqualifying the military's enlistment contract for fraudulent language & perjury by the recruiters is a real move forward...

The pendulum is starting to swing back the other way...

Cops, Deputies Warned Again About Right-Wing 'Terrorists'

SPLC alarm:'Militiamen, white supremacists, anti-Semites, nativists, tax protesters coalescing'

Posted: September 25, 2009

A private activist organization apparently is picking up where the federal government left off when the Department of Homeland Security issued its "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment" warning that returning veterans and people in a long list of other categories were potential terrorists.

Only the new warning, delivered recently to police officers, sheriffs and other law enforcement personnel across the country, is lumping those dedicated to the constitutional principles on which the nation was founded together with crazed killers.

The warning from the SPLC echoes the alarmism from the earlier federal report.

It warned of potential terrorism threats from those who:

- Oppose abortion

- Are returning veterans

- Oppose same-sex marriage

- Oppose restrictions on firearms

- Oppose lax immigration laws

- Oppose the policies of Obama regarding immigration, citizenship, and the expansion of social programs

- Oppose continuation of free trade agreements

- Are suspect of foreign regimes

- Fear Communist regimes

- Oppose a "one world" government

- Bemoan the decline of U.S. stature in the world

- Are upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India, and more

Its amazing how easy we blame Obama for all that going wrong. As far as I can remember,he was NOT president when we invaded Iraq.
He took over a crap hole from the previous government, and so far he is trying to do his best. The economy was damaged, the country was in ruins,I dont agree with everything he is doing, but its better than bush.
Our troops need to start standing down, come home, they can court marshal the who military.
send in bush and his possee, and all the democrats and republicans who wanted war.
Matbe next time we will think twice before we jump into soomething we have NO idea about.

And things have been made much, much worse. Maybe next time we'll elect a president we know something about.

Must be demoralizing thinking your commander isn't capable, competent or even a citizen. Glad they let him out. Regardless of his claims, they need people moving in the same direction.

If he was a contientious objector why did he join? It seems to suggest his 'ethics' are highly selective.

You are right. That is his problem, the Army needs officers that will carry out the mission. This guy is dead weight.

Where did you get that statement out of the story? No where in the article was this soldier's enlistment contract referrenced.

He was dishcharged with a characterization of service 'Under Other than Honorable', which is one step above a dishonorable or a bad conduct discharge.

This guy should never have joined, let alone become an Officer.

<quoted text>
To date, there are 17 suites pending a hearing for the validity of the; DD Form 4/1

This is the "contract" signed by all individuals enlisting in the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, including members enlisting in the Delayed Enlistment Program (DEP), and enlisting in the National Guard and Reserves.

The Contract forms are in violation of the "Four/4 corners Doctrine/Rule":
The multiple boxes on the face of the Contract form DD Form 4/1, cancels any and all writings, signatures from one-box to another…

There are a total of ‘sixty-nine/69 Boxes’= sixty-eight/68-cancellations…T he boxes are an effort to limit liability of the government, they say, it’s not their job to educate you, your supposed to know the law before you participate..

The term is ordinarily included in the phrase within the four corners of the document, which denotes that in ascertaining the legal significance and consequences of the document, the parties and the court can only examine its language and all matters encompassed within it. Extraneous information concerning the document that does not appear in it—within its four corners—cannot be evaluated.

So anything that is not in the four corners of the document has no effect on it.
If a box is put onto the document, a new 'four corners' is created. it follows that anything inside that box has no effect on the language outside of it and vice versa.

When you sign within the ‘Signature box’, you agree to the terms within that box, not on the whole document. if there were no terms in the box where you signed and there is no signature of the recruiter in that box, then there is not a contract or agreement…

There is a scramble within the legal community because when this fact comes to bear, the military will have a flood on their hands, and will be in jeopardy of Class-Action-Law-Suits for ‘Genocide,’ from the loved ones of the fallen soldiers…

The military is playing it real cool, they won’t admit to anything…The soldiers involved will be let out the door real easy-like..
