Wayne, you claim to be so fiscally responsible. Where is this $10,000 going to come from. If you want to donate it, that would be fine. We have spent so much money on these bogus studies and nothing ever comes to fruiton from them. What about that huge amount of money we are paying this Economic Development Dir. Shouldnt he be doing this because from what I have seen the last year, he has done nothing else but we continue to pay him. LETS JUST KEEP BLOWING MONEY!!!!!!!

Council blows more money on pipe dreams every time some wizard comes along and promises beautiful things. This Econ director is a waste of money, he's Daley's boy, that should tell you something.

Maybe they should let the Director of Development do his job. Daley needs to go, and so does half the Council.

Agree with you 100%, Justified. They need to be rid of Pelham & Bailey. And Daley would have been gone had our illustrious new Vice Mayor Gore not reneged on her vote to remove Daley. We have her to thank for keeping him here. Thanks, Gore--didn't take you any time at all to mess things up.

What has the Dir. of Economic Development done? This should be something he is doing verses paying $10,000.00 to have an outside agency do this. They are ALL corrupt!!!

$10,000 is chump change, look at the city marina. They give a blank check for 1.5 mil.[ I think] to a contractor who will hire other contractors to do the job and add 5 or 10 percent on top of their price. Someone for the city could call a roofer or paving company or builder and get estimates and have the job done and save this percentage but it is easier to hand over other peoples money to your beach buddy.......just my 2 cents....more

Actually, he is one that is not. From what I understand, Daley shoots down everything that particular Director proposes. I have been in meetings with him and he has great ideas, Daley just has it out for him. Plain and Simple. I agree about the $10,000. Like I said Daley hs his thumb on him and is presing harder by the day.
Daley needs to go. I also like the previous comment about Daleys beach buddy. For those who do not know, it would be referring to the contractor who was awarded the "bid" for the marina/Beacon renovation. Daley stays at his beach house all the time.
I do believe that is a conflict of interest, right?
