I think the thing about this hotel is it's on base and how many travelers go on base to find a room. Yes I know it's an AIT base but still alittle big for the base.I was stationed at Ft. Lee and think i's a great place but just can't see it that busy.

It will be when the new commands arrive and start training.
The Army doesn't want the "locals" to screw them by offering rooms at over priced rates, which they WILL do.
Ask any existing base or post that has a need for more billets than they can provide on base.
