Are you saying the "Gun Control Act of 1968" does not exist?
Didn't you read it? It available for all to see, read and digest.
Everything I posted came from that law as it exists today. Just because you don't agree with it doesn't make it irrelevent.
You're making stuff up.

A person with a misdemeanor and felony arrest record a mile long can still obtain and possess a firearm legally, just so long as they able to answer no to the questions on an ATF 4473 in Section A, 12-a/i, they are legal to purchase.

Additionally, even if they cannot answer yes to all of those 4473 questions, they may still be legal to possess their current firearm collection.

You meant that your horse was dead. I still have a horse, an no, you may not ride it or ride atop of it.

Tell us, Gary: Why do >YOU< keep posting lies, deceits, half-truths and crass exaggerations?
.
Who's paying you?
.
You'll tell us, won't you?

We'll find out sooner or later. But we óthe rest of usó WILL find out.

A typical school yard response from another witless buffoon.

Do us both a favor, give it a break and get a life.

You keep repeating the same question, thatís been answered with verifiable facts. For your convenience, I provided you the links to the federal laws, which confirmed exactly what I had stated in my responses to your question(s).

And yet, you continue to deny that those law(s) exist. Do you per chance belong to the flat earth society as well?

Now you resort to an inference about homosexual behaviors. Do you want to tell the readers here something about yourself or of your urgent hidden desires?

Iíll bet youíre really popular during deer season in the old deer camp. Do you and the Apple Dumpling gang replay scenes from Deliverance in the tarpaper shack (AKA the love shack) out by the swamp?

Come on out of the closet GaryGroux, you seem to enjoy trolling for boyfriends here, I know itís a stretch, but man up and take that first step towards leading your very own rainbow parade.

Iíve included a link for your use; I wish you all of the best on your first brave steps into a new life.

So, you do fear a Constitutional Convention, don't you? If there were one and those amendments were added, parts of your argument and thesis would be rendered moot, wouldn't they?
What parts would those be? Do expound.

Another thing I have found interesting...google the term: concentration camps in America.
How did that truthful but politically incorrect word for Fema Detention Camps get past google censors and wasn't scrubbed?
