Lets not jump to conclusions here folks. From the looks of the charges, it looks like Vontae's story checks out. It is clearly a case of mistaken identity.

Why isn't the license valid? Most likely because it was being held by another person. Davis himself claimed that his wallet was stolen, lending credence to the theory that someone was using his identity falsely.
