Geez. Isn't anybody the bigger person anymore and just have the presence of mind to walk away or does every little argument have to end up with gunning someone down? What could you be arguing about that you think shooting someone is justifiable?

I'm sure he'll say something along the lines of "I have a right to carry a concealed weapon and defend myself" because apparently he's too much of a pusay to fihgt like a man and resorted to fire "power"

If you have a gun, you will use it. It becomes the ultimate solution to your problem. However, now one person is dead and the other will go to prison. Big solution.

Exactly. Whatever happened to "put up your dukes" if you want to end the argument physically? What I'm afraid of, Scary, is that this guy shot his buddy for something as stupid as leaving the milk out or not recapping the toothpaste. Walk away, cool off. In five minutes you'll be so glad you left the gun alone.

Handgun violence is always a good way to settle an argument. Shoot first and ask questions later.

This guy doesn't even have a speeding ticket in Broward County. I checked Miami Dade County as well and got nothing. There is nothing in the Florida Department of Corrections either.

Thats true. The dead guy was a habitual felon, just the kind of person I'd expect Jesse and Al to defend.

It is indeed sad that today's "confrontations" all lead to the ultimate confrontation .

When I was growing up , it was "settle it in the yard" , using nothing but your fists . Now , it's nothing but gunplay . Back then , we didn't think of guns as the way to end a dispute .
