You're ignorant if you think that just because there are laws means that people follow them. Because the sad truth is, that people have this mind set that rules are meant to be broken. Walk into a modern high school. That is proof that no one follows rules that are in place. So my point is that just because they say it is illegal for teens to text and drive, doesn't mean that is going to stop everyone

Just in general there are too many distractions while driving, and well, by making one of them illegal while all the rest are, well that is pointless
