Take away their drivers license. He didn't even notice that he hit her. The vision, reflexes and awareness of an 89 year old are too limited to drive.
The only postive here is that he did not hit someone other than his family member. By allowing him to drive she tacitly agreed with risk of injuring someone. She probably thought it would be someone other than her.

Take that license away DMV. When are you going to start annual testing for people over 75?

Every week their is another incident involving a senior & their inability to drive.

What do you mean, take away his licence? He can have it renewed by mail, doesn't even need to go in for a vision test, let alone a skill test.

Besides, this is South Florida - Land of the Revoked License Drivers.
