What was the basis on which he "struck down the law" (if that is in fact what he did as opposed to remanding or similar)? If the law was unconstitutional, are you suggesting that he "uphold" it? Since you have provided no details about this case or cases, it is impossible for anyone on this thread to know what the heck to think.
