Cruel and Unusual? Isnt the crime he commited extremely "Cruel and Unusual"
And this being his second conviction on two seperate killings. Im assuming the loop hole here is that the PR conviction doesnt count even though its a common wealth of the US.
We extradite criminals back and forth with PR when they get caught there or here as if it was a US state.

There is something patently wrong with a process which permits him to still be alive today. Justice delayed is justice denied. Put the needle in his arm and lets get the show on the road.

if he doesnt want the injection cause he thinks its cruel and unusual than let him die by a gun cause he obviously has no problems with people being executed with a gun RIGHT?
thats my logic. oher han that i dont think he should have an opinion or rights after a murder

This guy's been watching too much T.V.
I would think after all those years he
would want to die; he's definately had
enough time to make his peace with
God!(Unlike the people he murdered)!
