Two young children left behind at murder scene

Authorities have arrested a man they say killed his girlfriend Monday morning then fled South Florida in the woman's minivan, leaving her two young children in the apartment with the body.

I hope lock him up and throw the key away, and I hope they are going to go after his family for hiding him out. They had to know something.
I wonder what the "serious injury" was. Self inflicted gunshot?

I knew Diana from the treatment center, what a wonderful woman she was. She turned her life around for herself and her two boys. Diana was the only girl who has completed the program and remained clean and sober. My heart goes out to her lovely boys and her family. Its a shame that someone who became such a productive and positive person had that happen to her. Diana was a role model to many of us. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.
