It makes me wonder if the motorcyclist had a helmet and other protective gear on. Also who was the driver in the stolen car after all he did know how to swim.

Let me see if I can understand the thinking of the police. In another scenario, if someone is found drunk but they are simply sitting at a red light and get rear-ended, they still get charged with a D.U.I. In this instance with the motorcycle, a thief driving a stolen car is involved in an accident with life threatening injuries but there is a big mystery about whose fault it is? Say, what?! Not only that, but the thief flees the scene of an accident with injuries and the police have their underwear all in a twist as to whom is responsible for the injuries to the motorcycle driver. Say, what?!

No charges of fleeing an accident with injuries? What an insult.
Fear not, he will make bond somehow and kill someone's kid, and maybe THEN he'll be put in jail for jaywalking.

yes he was wearing a helmet and gear-I came by the accident about 15min after it happened. Hang the n**** by his B*****s. Besides what does it matter what he was wearing. The key thing is another N****** has comitted another crime in which there is another victim who may not possibly survive and who definetly has life alterating circumstances at the minimum.

Whether or not it was stolen, it was the biker who hit the car.Not the other way around.Maybe he was going a little bit too fast, or was careless?

Another horrible incident involving a auto vehicle.

Now don't you go on worrying about that. You should come down to NW 2d St. and NW 11th Ave, pull up a lawn chair, and drink with Otis. Then you can look at all the auto vehicles you want going by.

Who else is drinking with Otis today? Come on, now, don't be shy.

$1,000 Bond means he only has to come up with $100 with a bondsman. And bonds are a set amount for certain crimes, already decided on by the court system.

Also, whether it's BSO or FLPD who arrested him, they're probably waiting to see if the victim dies, that way they can charge the scumbag accordingly whether it be traffic homicide or leaving a scene with injuries. He doesn't have to be charged at that exact time. He can always be add-charged later.

It is always the innocent person that gets injured. Now this man is fighting for his life.
Lock the sorry punk 21 year old up and throw away the key.
Prayers are with the motorcyclist and his family/friends.
