So the mob is still in control.
It figures, the commission has no backbone.

Gaddis is slime. Have you driven in one of his cabs? He charges his drivers $450 and up PER WEEK to rent his cars. Drivers cannot make a living. Gaddis not only exclusively has the airport contract, but ENTIRE the City of Fort Lauderdale as well. I have seen cops toss a passenger out of a cab that DOES NOT say Yellow Cab in Fort Lauderdale, ticket the driver and in some cases, tow the cab. I should be allowed to choose the cab company I wish to pay.

How can anyone expect Broward County officials to be able to run an airport? They can't run anything else in the county right. Why don't they sell it to a private company? It could only be better run, than it is now. But that won't happen as long as there is money to be made, by our officials and their friends and relatives.

I'll bet you'll find Jesse Geddes on the contributor rolls of every County Commissioner. They shake him down, he shakes the rest of us down.

the fix has always been in for Geddes. In over thirty years of watching this wild show of county commissioners, county commissioners come and go, the new ones say we'll halt the developers and stop the cronies from getting special contracts, they never do and its business as usual. Nothing changes just the names of the liars.

As a once part time taxi driver, I used to watch all the American Flags along Central Park West, and bring my children to the west side of Manhattan to watch the Macy's fireworks every 4th of July. It always made me feel proud!

Now I see people toting Green cards driving cabs, that have not learned more than 200 English words in 18 years of attempting to become US citizens, being compensated like slaves without the physical whippings.

The Cubans were smart! They bit the tip of a great State 90 miles away in one chunk during their invasion, and never had to learn one English word. That’s efficiency!

Yesterday I visited Sawgrass’ Wal-Mart, and asked an associate where I could find a box of National American Biscuit Company’s (NABISCO) Saltine crackers? She said,“Oh jes eets right dare!” Thank God the box had huge Spanish blocked letters on it or I would have been in deep [Bleep!]

BTW! Those well used red, white and blue cotton rags are great for removing bird dung from the windshield! Someone grabbed the last descent looking American flag from Broward years ago!

If you ask a Wal-Mart associate early enough in Spanish, she can Fed-Ex one to you from China!

Finally, leave the Broward County Commission alone! What did they ever do that wasn’t in their best interests? With an apathetic public do you blame them?

Because as we all know, Intercity follows ALL of the rules, right? Oh, wait, they don't, do they? But Intercity drivers ARE top notch...Hmm, no, most Yellow Cab rejects who are drunks driving drunks. Intercity charges drivers NOTHING to lease a...oh, hold on, they pay MORE than Yellow.
