They also do soil tests for septic system approvals where sewer is not available in rural areas. |

I think they are doing a good job. Have done septic systems for many years and found all of the staff easy to work with. There was a time when there was an inspector that was asked to leave from Mulenburg County and Hardin County gave him another chance. He had to be let go because of some problems. The inspectors do their job and everything seems to be going smooth right now.

Would that inspector you refer to be the same one who ran for Hardin County Judge Executive a few years ago? |

If it is the same one, who had problems with his BOSSES and/or/both/ Administration,......... I suspect that if you have been doing septic systems for many years, as you posted, that you might rethink, or re-evaluate the septic systems you had a certain HC inspector approve for you. If your systems failed miserably and no homeowner abuse at fault, then you yourself might have some questions to answer about your particular inspection with "THIS" inspectors name on it... |

Could Lincoln Trail District Health Department as well as Hardin County Health Department be in financial ruins when this Rineyville BRAC Waste Water SCANDAL is made fully public?
How many home builders have hired the same septic system installers who did LaVista Estates, were used to install septic systems all over Hardin and surrounding counties, that have failed badly with no homeowner misuse or abuse? How many homeowners will have that link between those same installers and also former Hardin County supervisor Scottye Wheeling as the approving agent for the Hardin County Health Department? How many of those builders who used the combination of the same system installers and Wheeling, who CURRENTLY owe the banks MILLIONS of Dollars begin to file bankrupsy to dodge class action lawsuits leave numerous bank STOCKHOLDERS holding their empty bag of money as bank stock values plummit as this Rineyville Waste Water Project is publically announced? Suppose these installers and inspector have racked up thousands of homeowner "VICTIMS" going back 15-20 years who still live in Hardin and surrounding counties who remember feeling "Victimized" and join in with the Rineyville Citizens to hold the County Government entities responsible for their negligent behavior. What could happen to the private sector businesses who allow these builders to continue to rack up home building merchandise on credit who leave those businesses holding the bag of non-payment of merchandise once those involved begin to file bankrupsy? Do you recon they too might insist that their County Government Officials be held ACCOUNTABLE for this Scandal, Corruption, and Cover-up? |

A hike in Hardin County Property Tax Rates for 2012 had better not be used to help fund the BRAC Rineyville Waste Water Sewer Scandal, Corruption, and Cover-up.
Many know who all was, and is, involved in this septic system-sewer scandal surrounding LaVista Estates and Rineyville, KY. A public hearing to discuss the 2012 Hardin County Property Tax Rate has been set. The hearing is Friday August 24, 2012. The time is 10 am. The place is the H.B. Fife Court House. |

What penalty do you think Scottye Wheeling and Linda Simms should face once this county sewer goes into Rineyville due to improper septic systems installed and inspected in LaVista Estates?
Have you any idea the number of victims this will generate not only in Hardin County but other counties in this district? Have you any understanding of the impact to some local banks in this region when this BRAC Rineyville WasteWater Scandal, Corruption, and attempted Cover-Up is exposed for the masses? |

Would you agree that LTDHD ADMIN. Linda Simms and former Hardin County Health Department Environmental Supervisor are "two of a kind." What penalty should these two of a kind pay for the attempted cover-up of Wheelings involvement in a Rineyville septic system/sewer scandal that is going to put the corruption of the Hardin County Health Department Environmental on the front page of the newspaper when the victims of this Rineyville Sewer Project come forward with class action lawsuits and criminal investigations thru the Attorney General's Office? |

Employees of LTDHD and citizens of HC. Watch the Lincoln Trail District Board of Health members to vote for Linda Simms "Resignation/Firing" on the heels of this Rineyville Sewer/Septic System Scandal!!!!
Prior to this scandal coming out be listening for hints of resigning/quiting from the Simms Corner. Most likely to be an announcement due to the vast number of board members who have been told of this scandal, whose names will come out publically as well!! |
