Began about 6:30 p.m. Undetermined cause began at the utility's Fis River substation. 4,00 customer restored in Fort Kent, Madawaska, Frenchville and New Sweden areas. Wintergreen not going to be restored until Sat. a.m. Preaque Isle sending a crew, on route, to Fort Kent to install a mobile substation.
