Only if time could roll back..i'm sure the shooter may be thinking now. Two young men serving our great country just to lose everything. Someone's mom and dad left to moun over their son..i know that has to be hard. Was it all worth it..i'm sure the shooter doesn't think so now. The pain of being on this earth after seeing to it that one is gone i'm sure a pain that will never disappear. I knew neither but for some reason i feel like i did.

I would like to let the Family know how sadden I am to hear about you son, I know what you are going through. We lost our son November 22, 2009, he was murdered by another solider while he was stationed at Fort Hood. It is so heartbreaking to hear that our soliders are doing harm to each other, they are suppose to protect each other, I am hearing this happen more and more. It has been 1 year and 5 months and it still just as if it happend yesterday, I pray for you and your family that God will help you through this. Please know that my heart aches for you.

You say this is happening more and more? But why? Do you think too many deployments have taken a serious toll on our soldiers? I do. The VA is so far behind in attending to our soldier's/vet's mental health and TBI needs. But is it really the VA's fault? We rushed into these wars that weren't even declared wars by Congress, and put in harms way, over and over and over again, our young men and women soldiers. To fix them, it is going to cost reportedly more than the cost of both wars! First the taxpayers got killed with the costs of these wars, and then we get nailed again because we must do the right thing and help our soldiers/warriors get back on the right foot. All while our country is broke. And then some of our soldiers get killed by other soldiers while they are home on dwell time? Very, very tragic, but why? What is up with that, U.S. Army? Supposedly PTSD and other issues were screened out when they got home from deployment - that's what we pay the DOD contracted shrinks for, anyway. May they all rest in peace.

Yeah the same feeling happens when you soot innocent Iraqis. The military instils violence. WTF is supposed to happen when someone is indoctrinated with violence? They are supposed to kill. After all blood makes the green grass grow DRILL SERGEANT

This could happen when anyone carries a weapon such as a gun. A person under a little stress will pull that weapon and use it to gain an upperhand. Don't blame everything on the military.
