It has kentucky tags but i see it on (tolsia highway) sometimes it passed me and like 15 cars in front of marathon gas station no cars were comin THANK GOD but it was goin from the passing lane to the suicide lane (BE CAREFUL) whoever it was they came up on me at like 120+ bc they were gone by the time i actualy passed marathon comin towards fortgay !!!!WILD!!!! xD (the car has a tapout sticker on the back glass) if that helps

Well I don't know who it is but they need to drive more responseable or stay off the road they are people with kids that travel that road. Sounds like they need to quit being so stupid and think of others before doing stupid shit like that.

If they passed you in a passing lane the only thing they did wrong was speeding.

You have to speed to pass but some people take it to and extreme.

I will admit that I do pass people that are going below the speed limit. Drive the speed limit or get out of the way.

Hello... If you would take the time to read the first quote you will see that the person said that they thought the car was driving around 120 which mean 120 miles per hour.. It also says that the car had passed them and close to 15 other cars so that is not someone just passing a car who is driving under the speed limit that is probably some young kid who don't think of the others who they are putting in danger such as other people in the other cars and wonder how many kids or babies were in those vehicles? Im glad that a family member of the blue car is wanting to make sure it is the car they are thinking of and are offering to do something about it. They are so many accidents that happen on this highway without people acting reckless like that. I have passed other cars also but not at NO 120 or 100 mph that is just flat out stupidy..

Hello...again if the car passed them in a passing lane the only law that was broken was speeding. If the car was doing 120 mph then that would constitute reckless driving as well.

There is no such charge as 'reckless endangerment' for passing cars in a passing zone.

The reckless driving charge comes in if you go a certain amount over the speed limit.

Okay, you have NO idea what you are talking about.

Someone in a car that is getting passed and is angry about it is in no position to estimate how fast the drive was going. Obviously they were exaggerating the speed.

Post some links to the West Virginia Code that says there is a 'reckless endangerment' charge for passing someone while speeding.

You can't because it isn't in there.

The Reckless Endangerment you speak of has nothing to do with passing vehicles on the road. Reckless Endangerment is usually for discharging a firearm near someone, etc. WV has never used this charge in the situation you describe.
