I have been at Wal-Mart several times over the past month and keep noticing a county vehicle over next to the Movie Gallery. I finally went inside and couldn't believe what I saw. Virginia Blankenship was behind the counter working and this was 2:30 in the afternoon. I have been paying attention and she has been there several days a week working at Movie Gallery while she suppose to be at her office. I called up there to verify if she was there, once she was out and the next a message comeson. She is not only double dipping on time, she is driving a COUNTY TRUCK to her other job while she should be at her office. PLEASE pay attention and see if you don't see the same thing. White Chevrolet Silverado Truck with County License red plates. She seems to arrive inearly afternoon clearly before her office closes...

I know who she is and I have seen her there as well. She is short with short hair, wears glasses, about 40-45 years old. She hasn't been there but maybe a couple months. I heard she left her family and her ex-husband worked for the railroad and she was having an affair with the guy who works there. Another typical scam in Wayne. Who is her boss? Surely she has a supervisor. That should be illegal to work for the county and work somewhere during the same time.

Rick is right? The county commission is not her boss. The solid waste authority has a board of members who over sees the operations. Maybe there not doing there job???

OK! So, there have been a couple of posts here from county officials, a couple posts from "concerned citizens", and a couple posts from some unknown sources. I would like to comment on a couple of things... First, I think it's extremely funny that whoever started this thread has the time to go to the local Walmart and check up on the issue when that someone should be at home learning correct grammer and spelling. Seriously, the comma is a very commonly used puncuation point in the English language, and (see there it is) when you break a sentence with the conjuction "and" where both parts have a subject and verb, a comma is needed. Also, most people put spaces between all of their words. If you're going to take the time to write about something you feel is wrong, at least do it properly. Second, I have seen the truck you mentioned there; however, I don't think it's a Chevy Silverado. In fact, I don't think it's a Chevy at all. You have sent people looking for the wrong vehicle. Congratulations! Finally, I think that with all the drugs that run through the county, the "higher-ups" if you will that use town and county employees to work for them while on the job, and all the other corrupt acts that take place it's very pett to even bring up something like this when it's clear that the person that started the thread has a personal vendetta against the accused. Thank you. That will be all.

By the way, "scandal" is not spelled with an "e".
