I have also known John Paul I graduated with him and yes he does take very good care of his daughter and I have never known him to hit anyone or be a womam beater but you did wrong by talking about others who have a disibility that is wrong. I didn't say a bad word about Smiley and if you think I did, you need to go back and reread it. As for Virgil's brother, Teddy, he doesn't have a cleft lip, so what are you talking about when you say that Virgil can't help that he has a cleft lip and neither can his brother? I agree that I did go too far by bringing them into it when they have done nothing wrong but you don't know me and therefore cannot say what kind of person I am. My mom taught me very well. I was taken to church at every opportunity and would be in trouble even now at 29 years old if she had read what I wrote. I don't think I am any better than anyone else and I do apologize for saying derogatory things about Virgil, his brother, and Ray, but everything I said about Smiley was the truth and I don't regret a word of it. I was taking up for him and saying he is a better than most because he does take care of his little girl. I was also telling whoever was calling him a low life and a woman beater that they are full of crap. Like I said in my previous post, I have known him since he was in the 4th grade and he is a very good person. Most people could learn a lot from him if they would just a look and see what he does for his child and how he is trying to be a better person and make something out of himself. If 3 girls have pressed charges, why isn't he in jail? I know the law (am employed in this job sector)and know if the allegations were true, he would be sentenced to a period of incarceration of no less than 6 months per charge. Different states have different sentences but if these allegations are true and happened in W.V., the statement above would apply to him. Being from a good family and taking care of his daughter wouldn't "make it go away." On a personal level, I know John Paul and he would let others pick on him before he would do anything back to them and even then, he would take the abuse. I know this because I have done it to him way back before we knew each other. Oh yeah, I guess you can call me the bully. Hell no I am fuc kin jealouse I was the one who broke up with him and I now I am happy married to someone who treats me like i should be treated not beat on like john paul did. I have known John Paul for years and while he may have a temper I have yet to see him put his hands on a female. First of all, i grew up with smiley and that's the reason that i knew a good thing when i saw one. We dated for quite a while (like 2 1/2 yrs.) and he never once laid a hand on me. and i personally know sylvia and goldia. goldia is great, but she put him through hell and he never hit her. she would have told me. sylvia is a psycho who was obsessive about smiley. when he ended things, she went a little nuts. she told people some crazy things! sylvia IS married now...to her best friend/cousin's ex-husband(she's the reason that they are ex). there is a lot of men that you could say these things about, but john paul is SOOOOO not one of them. he and I are still and will remain good friends. don't think too much about this, man. it's just 2 crazy biatches runnin their mouth cause u won't have 'em. i luv ya! my best to the baby girl!

the only time sylvia got her ass beat when she was with me, was when goldia beat the shit out of her at the crum post office for running her mouth about her kids. she's still in love with me, she never would take no for an answer. she wouldn't leave me alone. she tried to set my house on fire, she broke in once that I know of while I was away on a hunting trip last year. I dunno how many DUI's & possession charges she has now, and could really care less. She was messed up on pills when she crashed that truck into my cousin's house, she shot at her uncle who was dying of cancer, and pulled a knife on her neighbor when she told sylvia to get her pillhead ass out of her house.
