Massena runs by the Kings and Queens and the peasants do the dirt work. The school system tries to dumb down the children and taxpayers to fund the kings and queens ways. The Klux Klan remains apparently at large somewhere though in town and has connection to several governmental run agencies. Setting this aside. The town needs to revolt by banding together and contacting the attorney general's office and the governor's office in writing about the real meat and potatos of what is happening. Document it. Ever letter will help. There are in fact many letters with documentation that have going downstate. This are moving along. The attorney general is investigating St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES and all villages and towns in New York State.

My biggest concern is the North Country does not have a good heart doctor. This situation is ridiculous and it's not the first time this hospital has done this to a good doctor. All the more reason we need to be shipped to Burlington- Small town, idiotic politics, unless I'm missing something here?

This stinks of the old MMH Board of Managers and the elitist doctors running the hospital. One can only wonder if this another Franzon type deal..remember that excellent doctor they ran out of town? He sued the hospital and won! When is the Town Supervisor and Town Board going to wake up and replace some of those members of the MMH Board...but then again the Town Board needs to wiped clean first!

These supposed educated decision makers????? are all filling their own pockets. They think the people of Massena are stupid. They are because people should revolt! The idiots running the hospital are so busy with filling their own pockets that they don't care how many lawsuits taxpayers get! The town needs to unload the hospital and sell it to the idiots. They are creating all of the problems. The hospital is crummy! The construction on the front is the dumbest setup and waste I have ever seen.

I completely Agree with what Leslie Above said . we in Massena is Getting bigger and the drs and clinics are closing what is going on . We go to the massena Hospital and they have to send us to burlington just for a simple Follow up appointment Gas is not getting cheaper . Yes our health is not with a price but how many people dont have the money to go and have a follow up appointment in Burlington so there placed with making a decision. to go and spend money for them to say ok your fine and send us on our way . what a waiste when we could have a specialist here in massena Are we not worth having a good doctor here . Lets go and spend more money on the looks of the hospital instead of the amount of care they give to there patients .
really?

Alice Hyde in Malone has a great cardiologist, Dr. El Gharib. He was trained at Fletcher Allen but works in Malone.

I am just curious about the attorney general and the investigation of St.Lawrence-Lewis BOCES. So glad to see others are finally seeing that there are some real issues with the management of BOCES. This is the first time I have heard about this investigation....

BOCES workers at beginning years make the subs do the work while they sit and chat. Subs work overtime without pay, because the regular workers force them to.
