I would not visit or tell an Army Psychiatrists the truth.
1) Our sessions are not confidential. 2) If I was to state I want to kill my self a or someone in my command it is reportable to my chain of command. 3) The persistent question also arises is he/she capable of returning to combat zone. If a negative is returned to the unit you may as well say good bye to your military career. I could add a lot more to this list but there is not enough space.
