City woman accused of third Walmart theft in a month

A city woman was arrested by state police Saturday and is accused of taking $743.96 of merchandise from the Walmart Supercenter, 20823 Route 3. Lindsay M. Holliday, 25, of 523 Arsenal St., was released on her own recognizance.

This is ridiculous why is she still out on the streets better yet still have her kids as I recall she lost her first child for drug addiction once already and the court gives her daughter back to her then goes and has another child with a drug addict just as bad as her. Obviously she is doing drugs again living off welfare and stealing to support her habit she needs her kids taken away and she needs to be put in prison.
