How do you run a yellow light and hit someone?
If the lights yellow then it has been green for some time.
What then is another vehicle doing in the intersection where it can be hit by a person going through a yellow light?
I guess once they find your license is suspended they just make it your fault anyway.

Thats a really good question, I have been trying to picture it every way imaginable. He "ran" a yellow light, last I knew yellow lights were still fair game and the driver of that other car had to have run a red light to be in the intersection. If he had a suspended license, ticket him for driving without a license but she is the one who caused the accident and she is extremely lucky it wasn't a tractor trailer coming through that yellow light.
