NY AG sues Texas company for deceptive practices
#1 Jan 29, 2009
And I'm willing to bet that the company is bidding on and winning, military contracts. IBM did the same thing a number of years ago why it enticed employees to sell their homes and move their families from Endicott, NY to Poughkeepsie, NY. They were largely associated with documentation writing services. They lasted but a few months and then IBM said, oops, we've got no more work, sorry! IBM knew how much work they had when they uprooted them. It's too bad Mr. Cuomo wasn't around back then. Congress could fix the problem but chooses not to .
