I agree unless it is causing some kind of harm to the area, this is the man's property and why should any government make a ruling as to a nice looking chain link fence. We had one a few years back and it never presented a problem with any of our neighbors in our community. Fences make for good neighbors normally no arguments and you always had a place to lean on when chatting.
