A Harrisville couple who sued a now-shuttered mill next door, charging that it caused their home to shake, has settled the matter out of court.

I wonder if I could sue the D.O.T as everytime the plow goes by or a truck goes by with the jake brake on my house shakes. What about Fort Drum plenty of noise and vibration from that place. maybe we could sue the Army or even close it down. Be serious ! They'e in it for the money. who's next ?

Now that a settlement has been reached and the mill has closed, the house is for sale.
