He kept telling everyone how innocent he was and the cops framed him. Had a high priced attorney. In the end justice prevailed. Gives me hope that the justice system still works. He apologized to the families but that's way beyond an apology! Rot in prison scum!

Lifetime supervision when he gets out. He will be like a dog on a leash and rightly so. His brothers money couldn't save him this time and when he dies, he will rot in hell. Justice served is right Hunter.

No, he did not. If he would have, it would of been a state case instead of a federal. He would of gotten less time if he WOULD have slept with her. That's a fact...look it up.

I feel very bad for his kids and wife. Still, he was a predator. This protects my kids, and everyone elses.

I agree he should go away. But it is sad that he would have got less time if he would have done something.

I feel bad for his wife and children, they pay a high price for hs actions. That cant be true he would get less time if he raped the young girls, I am looking it up. He got federa lprison, no where near as bad as state. In state prisn you fight for your life in the mediums, you are safer in a max locked in the cell. Our justice system may have worked this time, but in 95% of the cases it is a sham. What good is lifetime supervision he is a mental case and needs psychiatric help. Money can surely buy you freedom in most cases. Life isnt fair, I learned that a long, long time ago.

State prison is very easy. It is wrong what he did but come on he thought she was 15 not like she was a bady or under 12 or so. Not saying it was wright what he did but the girl was 15 not like he was going to rape her. At 15 she knows what she is doing.

I feel bad for his wife and family also.I,am not saying what he did was right but why give him 15 years? He did not rape her. Why so much time? Whhy would he have gotton less time if he had raped her? It doesn,t make sense to me. People that do alot of worse crimes than he did get away with it basically. I feel the system isn,t fair. On the other hand, I feel bad for this girl and her family with what they are enduring. It is true tho at 15 you know wheather to entice someone or just do not talk to them. You must know if they are a predator or not at that age. What is the legal limit 16. I know a child has the right at 16 to leave the home and there is nothing a parent can do about it.

You can't be searching very hard. I could copy and paste all day. I could copy and paste people who committed murder and got less time. Fact is, state prison is harder time, not more time. Get your facts right. I am not saying in any way that he is innocent but common sense tells you that what he was sentenced is ridiculous.

I heard from an inside source that she was dressed like a librarian when she went into court. Far cry from the pictures on her facebook of her in a bikini.

Conspiring to commit a crime makes entrapment legal by law enforcement. That is how they catch child predators, people distributing kiddie porn and so on. People never used to worry about such things up here because the feds were so far away to bother. Times have changed with the feds right in our backyards now. If you had a child lured by an adult, you may feel differently. Let's say for the sake of conversation only that the young girl initiated the ordeal, He is a consenting adult who should have known better and he should have walked away. The judge sent a strong message that this activity will not be tolerated.
