Property owner conducts Labor Day weekend stakeout, catches burglar

With up to a dozen storage lockers broken into at his business site, U-Lockit, 23315 Route 342, Walter H. VanTassel spent the Labor Day weekend hiding out, waiting to catch an intruder.
