I do not understand the logic this judge followed at all. These people were not hindered in anyway to use the basement hatch (that was not on their property) I do not understand how if you cross property lines intentionally or accidentally how does it give you the right to someones elses land forever? what damages has he caused to have to pay the trespassers 200k$ Why in the world would this contractor go crazy with a bulldozer and not be held accountable, but the victim has too pay through his nose? If someone could clear this up for me I would be interested to hear it.

This is just what most people are talking about, why do people try to get someone elses stuff that they are nice enough to just let them use without a hitch to it.After reading the past stories and the new one,my only question is how is this judge a judge at all.He has done just what he is not allowed to do...This is just plain INJUSTICE...
its because

Judge Merrell is an idiot. He has put dangerous, repeat criminals on the street, yet sentenced teenagers to state prison for theft.
He sentenced a convicted child rapist, with photographic evidence of his rape, to probation, not a single day in jail!
He sentenced someone who stole a credit card to over a year in jail.
There is no rhyme or reason to anything he does.
He need to be removed the next time we get the chance to remove him.

What a wonderful day in Clown County. Clean air, except for all the farting going on. No wet ones yet, I hope.

Hey dumbasses, wake up! This was decided by a jury, not Judge Merrill. He issued a directive based on the jury verdict. What a dumb bunch of gasbags.
