Bought a great used car at an incredible price. Everyone was so nice and helped me through the process. They even offered to find me exactly what I was looking for, if they didn't have it. Turned out, they had a car with low miles that was perfect for my daughter. That was a year ago and the car runs great, no problems, no surprises. I would highly recommend them. :)

This place SUCKS!

The owner is a liar & a cheat. They conveniently did NOT fix the most expensive repair that we negotiated when I bought the car. When I asked for an explanation, they lied again.

Luckily I love the car, but their service, integrity and honesty are NON existent.

Don't support them or you'll be sorry!

The owner, Hussein, lied to my husband and me on several counts. He verbally promised to give us a three month warranty, but then didn't include it in the contract.(The car broke down a month later.) He said he'd repair it, but a half year went by, and it's still in the shop. What's worse, he didn't inform us it was a salvage vehicle at the time of the sale. After the sale, he mentioned this fact off-handedly to my husband, and showed him the salvage title, but assured my husband that all it meant was that the car was bought at auction. Later we discovered that a salvage title greatly reduces the value of the car. We also discovered that according to law, a car must be identified as a salvage title at the time of sale. I am appalled at Hussein's unethical and possibly illegal actions. Stay away from this place!

These guys are dirt bags!!!! Shaddy motherf#!#**$. Sold a car knowing that the transmission was toast. Claimed timing chain, water-pump, oil, plugs were all changed. Car was a quart low of old black sh$@! oil, tranny fluid burnt and didn't even register on the dip stick. Less than 19 days later the car died on the side of the road. Had to have it towed over a 100 miles and still Hussein is avoiding the problem. I now see from the reviews that this guy doesn't deserve to operate a business, he should be cleaning port-a-johns at the local fairgrounds. Everyone should pursue their claims with this guy and put him out of business!!!!!!!

I bought a car from A&Z in June and it has been only drivable for less than 20 days since then.
I have been lied to by A&Z on multiple occassions about the work previously done to the car, work they would do, etc. I have filed with the Dept. or Revenue and it appears that their "salesmanager" Sam isn't even licensed to sell cars.
Please contact me if you would be willing to write a letter and tell your story about A&Z. I cannot afford to fix the car problems nor do I have the money to buy a new car. It appears that Hussein likes to take advantage of trusting people; you were not the first person they cheated nor will you be the last.
Please help me keep this guy from stealing and cheating from other people like us.
Thank you,

I bought a 2007 Chevy Malibu from A&Z Import three weeks ago. I looked in all of Fort Collins to buy a car, I am very lucky I met the owner, he was very helpful and honest. He gave me the best price plus thirty days warranty . The car was in a great condition ,I would recommend all my friends to buy from a&z import. I am very pleased with the customer service.

I bought a van from A&Z about 6 months ago and its broke down in front of my house now for over a little over a month, If I would have read the reviews before purchasing I would've taken my business else where. Now I'm out of a vehicle and still paying the loan.

I can't say that this dealer knew about the problems I would encounter after buying from them, but I am suspicious. We had a VCM check engine light come on after the vehicle was used for a long time. It caused the vehicle to go into "limp" mode and would only happen after the engine had been used for 45 minutes or longer. A test drive never would have discovered this. The reason I'm suspicious is that when we bought the car the radio code had to be entered to activate it, indicating that the power had been interrupted. One sure way to clear engine codes is to disconnect the battery for 30 mins or longer. The car drove nice and my mechanic didn't find anything major. We purchased the vehicle "as is" and it took more than 30 days to lock down the problem. If the engine codes had not been erased we would have had a clearer understanding of what we were getting into and would not have bought the vehicle. We are looking at several thousand dollars to attempt to repair this, my mechanic said he has to do open exploratory surgery. Live and Learn, but I will never buy from this dealer again!
