I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store. I've received very poor customer service from a condescending store manager (Jim) who wouldn't even listen to my side of the story. He kept interrupting me on the phone, and then chose to ignore me after promising to call me back regarding this issue. I selected 5 different colors for my house based on what the paint from the small sample jars looked like on my walls (isn't that the theory behind using a sample, right?). The mixed paint looked nothing like that of the sample jar OR the color sample card. I was also dealing with another store in town who, after having the same problem with this line of paint, replaced all the wrong color paint with a different color, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. In the meantime, my painting contractor had ordered the same color from Pioneer Paint. I am telling everyone I can not to purchase from this store, and if they want to use the same painting company I did they should request that the company buy paint someplace else.
