I sincerely hope that this is not going to happen. What happened to Justice in this country? His own children testify they saw him. We know he had two coworkers lie about him being with them. His constant rants and threats that many people testified to. What does it take to convict this man. You are letting a murderer out, his children will never have the mother they loved and now they will never know peace or safety again. Let there be justice for Tracey and Karen and these children, do not let this man out. DO NOT LET HIM HAVE THESE CHILDREN!!!!!

Blame the police for screwing up the investigation. Hopefully some new evidence will come up to ensure his incarceration

I do not understand how 4 juries have not convicted him. It is just crazy to me that 12 ppl can hear the children say they HEARD and SAW him yet a jury can't decide to convict him??

He was a Law Enforcement Officer at Fort Knox before going to Fort Campbell and he also worked with the county on certain cases like many MPs do. Usually if they stay in the area they go work for the county or one of the cities if not back at Fort Knox now as a DOD Police. The county screwed the investigation up and the jurors had to have a smoking gun in his hand before they could convict. A bunch of spineless locals who should NEVER have heard this case. It should of been sent somewhere else. I hope the judge denies Shaw request to dismiss. He probably got rid of the weapon between Rineyville and Fort Campbell on his way back on some off ramp overgrown. People have been convicted with less circumstantial evidence. This one had plenty and does a disservice to the families whose life he turned up side down. I believe the kids...Daddy did it. God bless and give comfort to those families this county could not bring justice to. Sad day for justice if the judge dismisses.

The county couldn't get their facts together in the investigation and justice will not be done. I feel for the kids and pray that they never have to live with him. God Bless them and the families.

Head procecutors are elected not hired or appointed in KY. So no one person is keeping him in power. It is the voters that give him the job and can take it away. It is the same for Judges in KY, all elected politicians.

Why shouldn't they let him go?? Obviously if they had enough evidence they wouldn't sent him up the river by now. Tracey was married to Brent, seeing another man and yet living with her exhusbands mother. Come on who was the whore here?? Seems to be a little fishy. I think the killer is still out there probably laughing at all you idiots.
