There was a DUI in TN for a division head (sorry don't know all the titles)...he refused field test and before THP could haul him off, MP's and Ft. Campbell's overall supervisor showed up because there were two and the second person following behind him called them...from there the story takes a couple different turns...one was MP's took him, other was he went to jail and the last one was THP took him to back gate where MP's took control. Now, according to my source it was known he had been drinking as he had been in a program for soliders as it started few years ago, either he had had another DUI or MP's caught him another time hence the reason he was in the program....in his defense--he has been thru the ringer, demoted, family left and has a medical condition....that is what I heard in that much detail....

Gee, since you have NCIC rights, you know that it is a felony offense to run an NCIC Query unless it is official business, and you know all your Queries can be traced, and anyone who cares could trace any Queries about this guy to you and then you would be the one facing charges. Just a thought from someone else familier with NCIC protocols.

When was he relieved? I just seen him yesterday. Believe me, if it was him he would have been whisked right out and a replacement would be in the chair now.

He served honorably for 27 years, he took care of his men, he put his butt on the front line when he did not have to, then he made a mistake which he then paid the price for. Leave him alone. When a man's stellar career ends in a less than great way, it is a sad day not a day to poke fun, gloat or laugh. God Speed.

You asked if I served and I answered you, so to answer with "so what" is rude. And, I did not say he did not deserve to get what he got. I just said people should not rejoice in another persons misery. And as a police officer and as an EMT, I know what the cost of DUI's are. I do not need you to tell me.
