You customer service via phone is the worst I've ever seen. I've tried for three days to get someone from accounting to answer the phone with no success. I waited for 47 minutes yesterday for someone to pick up and no one ever did. Today it was 11 minutes until I finally gave up called several other places there only to hear that no one from that office is in yet at 0837 although the recording says they're are there but busy.
